Omada One Inc is looking for a highly skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Clark Freeport Zone. In this role, you will be the architect behind high-converting paid social campaigns, helping our clients reach their target audiences and achieve exceptional ROAS.

Responsibility
- Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for e-commerce clients.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing on creative assets, ad copy, and audience targeting to improve performance metrics.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and ROAS, ensuring maximum profitability for all ad spend.
- Perform in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights through comprehensive reporting.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad content tailored for social platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta platform updates, privacy regulations, and e-commerce marketing trends.
- Scale winning campaigns by effectively managing bidding strategies and audience expansion.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience managing paid social media campaigns, specifically for e-commerce brands.
- Expert proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Pixel/Conversion API tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into winning strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing funnel concepts and e-commerce tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data sets in simple, professional terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
