Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and systems for F10 probe testing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing semiconductor manufacturing workflows.
- Optimize probe automation performance by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvements.
- Develop and maintain custom software tools (Python, C++, or LabVIEW) to support probe automation and data analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automated probe systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Document automation processes, create user manuals, and provide training to engineering and production teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in semiconductor automation, AI, and machine learning to drive innovation in probe testing.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, SEMI) in all automation deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or probe testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW for automation and data processing.
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation tools (e.g., PLC, SCADA, or robotics systems).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor probe testing processes and equipment (e.g., probers, handlers, testers).
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., MATLAB, JMP, or Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
