Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for equipment integration in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define system requirements and specifications for automation projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment integration, PLC programming, and control systems.
- Conduct testing, validation, and commissioning of automated systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Optimize existing automation processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, user manuals, and maintenance logs.
- Provide training and support to end-users and maintenance teams on automated systems.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in automation technology and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment integration, automation engineering, or industrial control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi) and SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with HMI development, robotics, or motion control systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
