Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee cashiering, inventory management, and food preparation to ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and optimize scheduling.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B supervision or retail management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality industry is an advantage.
