Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in a fast-paced bar and restaurant setting.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
- Assist in preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Neat, professional appearance and strong personal hygiene.
