Responsibility
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a positive first impression in our dining venues.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders, catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events, shifts, or special occasions.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide full training for motivated individuals.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, processing payments, and managing orders.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is advantageous.
