Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact experiential events, from concept to post-event analysis.
- Develop and present creative event proposals, including themes, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships with professionalism, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams (design, logistics, AV, etc.) to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Oversee on-site event management, troubleshooting issues in real-time to maintain quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on event standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in experiential marketing and event technology to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Prepare post-event reports with ROI analysis, feedback summaries, and recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in event management, particularly in experiential, corporate, or large-scale events.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional client-facing and negotiation skills, with a track record of building long-term relationships.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, design, and brand alignment in event execution.
- Proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
- Familiarity with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and tools like Trello or Asana is advantageous.
