As a Bartender, you will craft exceptional cocktails, engage with guests, and maintain a welcoming bar atmosphere across our premium locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock.
- Develop and introduce creative cocktail menus and seasonal drink specials.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold company standards for service, presentation, and guest interaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, hotel, or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for crafting unique drink experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
