Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and communications professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed promptly.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized and functional workspace.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management, to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and managing complex schedules is a plus.
