Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and communications with discretion.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and security.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including venue booking and material preparation.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and ensure alignment with executive priorities.
- Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Provide administrative support, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with executives, colleagues, and external partners.
