Responsibility

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Act as the primary liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams, handling inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and databases with strict adherence to data security protocols.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including meeting room bookings, equipment setup, and vendor communications.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects, including research, data compilation, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
