Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams, handling inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and databases with strict adherence to data security protocols.
- Coordinate office logistics, including meeting room bookings, equipment setup, and vendor communications.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
- Provide administrative support for special projects, including research, data compilation, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
