Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including venue booking and material preparation.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, and mail) and respond or redirect as appropriate.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement administrative best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Familiarity with corporate governance and basic financial processes is a plus.
