Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with discretion and diplomacy.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and streamline administrative processes.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and corporate functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
