Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for executives, screening calls, and handling inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a secretarial or executive administrative role, preferably in the insurance or corporate sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service oriented approach.
