Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling mail, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with budget management is a plus.
