Responsibility
- Manage the MD’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and executive briefings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as delegated by the MD, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes at the executive level.
- Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity for the executive team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and executive support tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating executive needs.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience in report writing, data analysis, and project coordination is highly desirable.
