Responsibility
- Manage the Directorâs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all executive matters.
- Coordinate logistics for local and international business trips, including itinerary planning, visa arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure the Directorâs time is optimized for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive projects and business initiatives.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
