Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic partnership frameworks to enhance collaboration between TG Group and government entities.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and public sector organizations.
  • Design and execute community engagement programs to increase public sector participation and awareness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and government policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives using KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and networking events to strengthen community and government ties.
  • Stay updated on public sector trends, regulations, and opportunities to inform partnership strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, community engagement, or stakeholder management, preferably in the public sector or NGO space.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with government agencies or community organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with government policies, public sector operations, or community development programs in Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
