Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, managing internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and organize executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and logistical efficiency.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members to facilitate smooth collaboration and information flow.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them, including preparing briefing materials and conducting research as required.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and workspace organization.
- Support special projects and initiatives by providing administrative assistance and tracking progress toward deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support, administrative, or office management role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and professional tone.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
