Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Oversee household operations, including vendor coordination, inventory management, and service scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, both digital and physical, for executive and personal matters.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and documents, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in event planning and execution, from intimate gatherings to larger household functions.
- Monitor budgets and expenses, providing reports and recommendations as needed.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address operational challenges to maintain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in executive assistance, household management, or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
