Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and guest engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee high-impact events, including product launches, VIP gatherings, and seasonal festivals.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and data-driven insights to optimize ROI and guest satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure collaborations and enhance event experiences.
- Create compelling content and promotional materials (e.g., brochures, social media assets, email campaigns) tailored to target audiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management, promotions, or marketing within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury sector.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and event coordination from concept to completion.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and guests.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, social media platforms, analytics software) and MS Office Suite.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
