As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives. Your organizational prowess and discretion will be key to enhancing productivity and efficiency at the executive level.

Responsibility
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate high-level meetings for Senior Leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems to streamline executive operations.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives led by Senior Leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience supporting C-level executives in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
