Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the General Manager, managing communications, correspondence, and scheduling with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of business activities and alignment with strategic goals.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and relationship management.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity, including sensitive documents, contracts, and strategic plans.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, providing regular updates to the General Manager.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Experience in coordinating international travel and managing complex schedules for executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
