Responsibility

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives, ensuring alignment with Australian business hours.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate cross-border communication between teams in Australia and the Philippines/Indonesia, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Qualifications
