Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of executive assistants, ensuring high-quality support for senior executives and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership, anticipating needs and resolving conflicts.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and discretion.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and alignment with EY’s standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless workflows and project execution.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback, training, and development opportunities to foster growth.
- Manage confidential information with integrity and adhere to EY’s policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive information.
- Experience working in a multinational or professional services firm is highly desirable.
