Responsibility
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for senior executives with discretion and efficiency.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
- Liaise with high-level clients, partners, and team members to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, conferences, and offsite meetings, including venue booking and vendor management.
- Maintain and update executive databases, contact lists, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Provide administrative support for special projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably in banking, finance, or corporate sectors.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and resourceful with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to build rapport with executives and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
