Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives, ensuring optimal time utilization.
- Prepare and edit high-level documents, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with global teams to streamline communication and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, client meetings, and offsite engagements.
- Maintain and update executive databases, contact lists, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in finance, investment banking, or a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, think proactively, and solve problems independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting with global teams is highly desirable.
