Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and other financial administrative tasks.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Liaise with other departments and external partners to facilitate seamless communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (2+ years preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent level required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar) and project management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying time zones (UK hours may be required).
