Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and other financial administrative tasks.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with other departments and external partners to facilitate seamless communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (2+ years preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent level required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
