Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, to ensure seamless communication.
- Manage and organize executive schedules, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to optimize productivity.
- Assist in basic financial administrative tasks, such as expense reporting and budget tracking, under supervision.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including venue booking and material preparation.
- Maintain and update filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure easy retrieval of critical documents.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
- Basic understanding of banking/finance operations is advantageous but not required.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
