Responsibility

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist the Marketing team in developing and executing campaigns, social media strategies, and content creation.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are updated.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, meeting minutes, and office management.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors to maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
