Responsibility
- Develop and maintain complex Excel macros and spreadsheets to automate data processing and reporting.
- Generate accurate and timely data reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate contractor deployments, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries professionally.
- Manage databases and filing systems to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in project planning and tracking, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with database management and reporting tools is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
