Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences, both locally and internationally.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documents as needed.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
