Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executive team members.
  • Maintain and organize office records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the workplace is well-stocked and functional.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the General Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
