Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executive team members.
- Maintain and organize office records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the workplace is well-stocked and functional.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the General Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
