Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate grant administration processes, including application submissions, compliance tracking, and reporting.
- Oversee project tracking systems, ensuring timely updates, milestone documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Organize and execute industry events, from logistics and vendor coordination to post-event analysis and feedback collection.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
- Develop and maintain operational workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery and resolve administrative queries.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to grants and projects, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or project support roles.
- Proven track record in grant administration, project coordination, or event management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment is highly desirable.
