Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Organize and maintain confidential documents, records, and databases with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness events, to foster a positive work culture.
- Coordinate logistics for business meetings, workshops, and corporate events, including venue booking, catering, and technical setup.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and efficient workspace.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with performance review processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office management roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Slack.
- Experience in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives or corporate events is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
