Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to corporate management, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate and organize corporate events, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Maintain and update office policies, procedures, and administrative systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a well-organized and functional workspace.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, expenses, and financial reports related to administrative functions.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, managing leave records, and coordinating training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in an administrative or executive support role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic HR functions and financial reporting is a plus.
