Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and business decision-making.
- Create and automate complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and present data insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validations.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to support business operations.
- Assist in the migration and integration of data between different systems.
- Provide training and support to team members on Excel best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Excel Specialist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
