Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives, budget, and expectations, and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations with venues, caterers, AV providers, and other event service providers.
- Develop and oversee event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure all deadlines and financial targets are met.
- Coordinate on-site event operations, including setup, guest registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Create engaging event concepts and themes that align with client branding and objectives.
- Monitor event trends and industry best practices to continuously improve event quality and innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and maximize attendance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably in corporate or large-scale events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar platforms).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Knowledge of the Bali events landscape and local vendor networks is a plus.
