Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-impact content strategies for social media, websites, and digital campaigns tailored to the aesthetic clinicâs brand identity.
- Create visually compelling graphics, videos, reels, and written content (captions, blogs, email newsletters) that engage and convert audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand messaging in all content.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling posts, and optimizing publishing times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, conversions, etc.) to refine content strategies and report insights to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in aesthetic treatments, digital marketing, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assist in influencer and brand partnerships by creating collaborative content that amplifies the clinicâs reputation.
- Edit and retouch photos/videos to maintain a premium, professional aesthetic across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketer, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content (photos, videos, graphics, copywriting) for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and social media algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, or medical beauty is highly advantageous.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.
