Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for online and live events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site supervision.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, themes, and budgets, ensuring alignment with Madison Events Inc.âs standards.
- Manage event timelines, run sheets, and checklists to guarantee smooth operations from setup to teardown.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams (e.g., marketing, design) to secure resources and deliverables on time.
- Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and on-site support to enhance guest experience.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, including feedback collection and performance reporting to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to drive innovation.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media promotion, email campaigns, and content creation for events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or a related field (internships or freelance work considered).
- Proven track record of managing both virtual and in-person events, with a portfolio or case studies to showcase your work.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
- Experience working in Bali or Southeast Asia is highly desirable, with knowledge of local vendors and venues.
