Responsibility
- Affiliate Network Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential affiliates, publishers, and strategic partners to grow our performance marketing ecosystem.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and enhance affiliate campaigns using data insights, A/B testing, and performance metrics to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key affiliates through proactive communication, incentives, and tailored support.
- Strategic Negotiations: Lead contract discussions, commission structures, and exclusive deals to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to inform acquisition and retention tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align affiliate strategies with broader business goals.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop and present regular performance reports, highlighting KPIs, ROI, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and anti-fraud best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management, preferably in digital advertising, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of affiliate networks, CPA/CPC models, and performance-based marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, tracking tools (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Tune), and Excel/Google Sheets for data-driven decision-making.
- Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with affiliates, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, revenue targets, and partnership growth metrics.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and affiliate platforms.
- Remote Work Readiness: Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a distributed team environment.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
