Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, from concept development to post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategies with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, AV production, catering, and transportation.
- Implement innovative event technologies to enhance attendee engagement and data collection.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep events fresh and impactful.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk management protocols for all events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in event management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar).
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
