Responsibility
- Greet and engage with event attendees, providing exceptional customer service.
- Promote events and brand messages effectively to the target audience.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.
- Distribute promotional materials and collect feedback from guests.
- Work collaboratively with the events team to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Assist in managing guest lists and registrations when required.
- Provide support in handling event logistics and troubleshooting issues.
Qualifications
- No prior experience needed—training will be provided!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing and promotional activities is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel to various event locations across Bali.
