Responsibility
- Translate client briefs into detailed event proposals and commercial quotations, ensuring alignment with budget and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, vendors, and logistics partners, to plan and execute events flawlessly.
- Conduct site visits and venue assessments to determine suitability for events, negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms.
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the event lifecycle, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless execution from setup to breakdown.
- Analyze post-event feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative event concepts to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning, management, or coordination, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
