Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, driving revenue growth for events and projects.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, needs assessment, and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Oversee post-event evaluations to gather feedback, measure success, and refine future strategies.
- Negotiate with vendors, venues, and partners to secure cost-effective, high-quality services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in event sales, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for events or projects.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
- Passion for the events industry with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
