Responsibility
- Event Sales & Coordination: Drive sales for café events, including proposals, contracts, and client negotiations to secure bookings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and private customers.
- Experience Design: Collaborate with the operations team to conceptualize and execute themed events, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling add-on services (e.g., catering, decor, entertainment).
- Marketing Support: Assist in promoting events through digital and traditional channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
- Logistics Oversight: Coordinate event setups, vendor management, and on-site execution to ensure seamless delivery.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather post-event feedback to refine offerings and enhance client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, event ROI, and client metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or event management, with a focus on client acquisition.
- Hospitality Passion: Deep understanding of café operations, customer service excellence, and event logistics.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) with exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
