Responsibility

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
