In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, weddings, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns. Youâll collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless, on-brand, and memorable events that exceed expectations. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate venue selection, logistics, and on-site management for events of varying scales (50-500+ attendees).
- Liaise with clients to define event objectives, themes, and success metrics.
- Negotiate with vendors (catering, AV, decor, etc.) to secure high-quality services within budget.
- Oversee event marketing efforts, including invitations, social media promotion, and post-event follow-ups.
- Manage risk assessments, permits, and compliance with local regulations for events in Bali.
- Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure cohesive event delivery.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure ROI and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end event execution for corporate or social events.
- Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities (English fluency required; Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed for event coverage.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
