Responsibility
- Design and execute multimedia and decor concepts for corporate, social, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with vendors, AV technicians, and decor teams to ensure flawless event setup.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oversee on-site production, troubleshooting technical issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align event aesthetics with brand guidelines.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for high-quality decor and multimedia equipment.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to refine future productions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event production, multimedia, or decor design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past event projects.
- Proficiency in AV equipment, lighting, and multimedia software.
- Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Bali for event setups.
