Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Develop and implement creative event concepts tailored to target audiences, including students, communities, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, local communities, and partners to expand event reach and engagement.
- Oversee event marketing strategies, including digital promotions, social media campaigns, and collaborative outreach.
- Monitor event performance metrics, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports to assess ROI and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align event objectives with broader business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event formats to keep our offerings fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in event planning, marketing, or community engagement, preferably in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders, from students to corporate partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email campaigns) and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last-minute changes with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with Bali’s event landscape and local networks is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a bonus.
